Dr. Dennis Parsons is an award-winning educational leader with considerable experience in leading change and building organizational capacity to be adaptive and progressive. A proven track record with 18 years of consecutive leadership experience as Chief Superintendent / CEO. As superintendent, I also helped plan and implement solution focused HR processes that complemented policies, legislation and collective agreements. I am driven by the need to provide and sustain the highest quality of service to all those being served and to the organization. Violet Parsons-Pack is an award winning educational leader with over 35 years of experience working in the field of education. More than twenty of these years were spent in leadership roles. She has worked as a principal, Senior Education Officer, Assistant Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent. Throughout her career she has been highly engaged in all aspects of HR. In addition to her Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education and Master's of Education Degrees she has undertaken many other professional learning opportunities including the completion of the Labour Relations Certificate from Queens University and is currently completing the Advanced HR Certificate. In her spare time, Violet enjoys many outdoor activities including running, alpine skiing, nordic skiing, hiking and biking. She also enjoys capturing special moments through photography - some of the pictures on our site have been captured by her. Violet looks forward to working with you to help meet your HR needs.
